Confraternity of St Peter
The Confraternity of St Peter is a sodality of members who wish to unite themselves to the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter (FSSP) and aid in the work of the FSSP, primarily by their prayers. Members of the Confraternity of St. Peter (CSP) pray a decade of the Rosary and the Confraternity Prayer each day for the intentions of the CSP which are:
1. For the sanctification of the members of the FSSP
2. For vocations to the FSSP
3. For the work of the FSSP throughout the world.
One can be enrolled simply by completing and mailing the form available on the CSP website.
Angelic Warfare Confraternity
The Angelic Warfare Confraternity is an apostolate of the Dominican Friars dedicated to pursuing and promoting chastity under the powerful patronage of St. Thomas Aquinas and the Blessed Virgin Mary. This confraternity is not just for those who are struggling with vices against purity. Chastity is foundational in our relationship with God and is indispensable to developing a life of prayer. Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary
The Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary (known also as the Rosary Altar Society in the United States) is an international association of the faithful which exists “to praise and honor the Blessed Virgin Mary and to secure her patronage by the recitation of the Rosary for the mutual spiritual benefit of all the members throughout the world.” Each week, countless thousands of members pray the Holy Rosary and include each other’s intentions in their prayers.
Members of the Rosary Confraternity promise the recitation of a weekly Rosary as their sole obligation. Although this obligation is very minimal and does not bind under pain of sin, the spiritual benefits are extensive. Along with several plenary and partial indulgences which are granted to members of the Confraternity, members also benefit from the countless Rosaries which are offered for their intentions by the other members throughout the world. In addition, enrolled members also participate in all the prayers and good works performed by the friars, nuns, sisters, and laity of the Dominican Order.
In February 2006 the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary of the Virgin Mary was instituted and erected at St. Francis de Sales Church with all the graces, privileges and indulgencies granted and to be granted by the Holy See.
