Parishioners of St. Francis de Sales may request that the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass be offered for their particular intentions.
To make such a request, use this Mass Request Form. Complete the form, enclose it in an envelope, and submit it to the parish office in one of the following ways:

- placing it in the Sunday collection
- sending it to the parish via the postal service
- placing the form and stipend in the dropbox outside the office complex.
